When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Why has my tracking has not updated?

Royal Mail tracking may take some time to update after your parcel has been collected. If there has been no movement for 3 business days, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
