We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Any delivery restrictions affecting your address will be shown during checkout.
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. The available services and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Check your Royal Mail tracking link for the latest update. Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can happen. If your tracking has not moved for three business days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will try to update the address. Once it has been dispatched, we may be unable to change it. If the parcel is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery, but an additional postage charge may apply.
